(P3M3) Maturity Model

Portfolio, Programme, and Project Management Maturity Model (P3M3) To prepare the current state assessment report, SAS will follow the globally renowned P3M3 methodology for evaluating the maturity of portfolio, programme, and project management practices. SAS is an accredited partner of Axelos for maturity assessment according to this methodology.

 The Portfolio, Programme, and Project Management Maturity Model (P3M3) is a tool used to evaluate an organization’s maturity in this domain, identify strengths and weaknesses, and perform local and global benchmark comparisons. Developed by Axelos, this model is among the most significant standards for maturity models and provides a framework that enables organizations to assess their current performance and formulate development plans.

The model can be structured as follows:

These are the seven key perspectives around which the assessment is conducted for each model.

These are the main threads that will be reviewed for each perspective.
Attributes:
These are the detailed points that will be evaluated.
